I graduated from Southern California University of Health Sciences (formerly Los Angeles College of Chiropractic) in 1989, and hold a Doctorate in Chiropractic and a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology. Since graduating, I have been deeply committed to researching evolutionary biology, microbiology, human biochemistry, clinical nutrition, diagnostic testing, and various healing techniques while providing exceptional wholistic care to my patients. Building my deep knowledge base and and skill-set has allowed me to lecture, consult, and treat patients worldwide, from Ghana, Africa, to Alice Springs, Australia.

With over 35+ years in practice, I have witnessed profound health transformations in patients facing conditions that allopathic medicine often struggles to address. I have worked with people managing allergies, autoimmune conditions, cancer, diabetes, and various digestive, metabolic and neurological challenges. Each success underscores the potential of an integrative, whole-person approach to health.

As the Chief Science Officer at California Academy of Health, one of America’s leading producers of Therapy Juices™ and liquid vitamins, I bring over 35 years of expertise in nutraceutical trends, specialty formulations, and holistic health. I offer technical insights and strategic guidance on emerging health trends in this role.

My dedication to CAOH’s mission extends beyond typical responsibilities. In the summer of 2006, I spent over eight weeks conducting in-depth research across remote locations, including northwest China, the Amazon, and Hawaii. This journey allowed me to study the pharmacology and clinical applications of various “super fruits” like sea buckthorn (Hippophae L.), goji (Lycium barbarum), acai (Euterpe oleracea), camu camu (Myrciaria dubia), and noni (Morinda citrifolia). These findings contributed to the launch of several high-quality CAOH products, including Organic Absolute Acai Powder, Organic Sea Buckthorn Oil (whole berry), and Absolute Goji Powder.
